My first weeks with Relevant Audience: Tiina Kivilahti

Tiina started working for Relevant as an Data Analyst in February. Tiina is working with analysis of online data and creating segments for Relevant Audience. Tiina is assisting sell side customers to find the most valuable audience assets and buy side customers to find most valuable audience. Many hours will be spend on monitoring, evaluating and developing audience segments. We asked Tiina a couple of questions about her first experience of being a part of our Relevant family.

What got you interested in working for Relevant?

I have a long experience in making different surveys and utilizing data, but mainly from market research perspectives. Working with Relevant Audience is sort of the same, but different. Online data sources are much bigger and so interesting to explore. I’d personally like to focus more on the data analytics to expand my perspective. My position and the business environment at Relevant really meets my expectations.

What have you enjoyed mostly during your first time at Relevant?

It’s very motivating to learn new things. Getting to know professional and really nice colleagues also plays a key role in adopting new things and makes me feel like home. I’ve also learned much about our customers and media and have already met some of them personally, which is a privilege and a source of inspiration to deliver results.

What makes the digital industry compelling to you?

I am very interested in analysing data and it’s really great to have a possibility to keep up-to-date in this field by working with our customers.
