Relevant Digital Oy is a rapidly growing Nordic-based SaaS and services company with a global customer base specialising in ad tech.

Relevant Yield is our flagship SaaS solution, developed for online publishers and networks to take control and grow their advertising revenues in an innovative and future-proof way. In addition to Relevant Yield, the company offers consultation and operative services around programmatic sales, data and sell-side ad tech. 

To support our growth and strengthen our Customer Success team, we are looking for a Solutions Engineer located in the ET timezone.

 

What you will do

  • Support our customers’ operations and growth using our modular product offering for revenue insights, real-time analytics, setup management, and optimisation.
  • Serve as a pre-sales consultant by understanding the client’s needs and goals and gathering client requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise during integration lifecycle; setup guidance, system integrations, data accuracy and training. 
  • Manage day-to-day technical relationships with our customers and their ad tech partners. Offer proactive insights into the setup development and embrace the role of guarantor of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing and learning. Gather skills and experience on market solutions and trends, which can be leveraged by the end user using Relevant Solutions. Drive clients’ business objectives while aligning with Relevant goals. Feedback localized market needs and provide strategic advice to Relevant Product Team & decision makers.

 

What you will need

  • 3-5 years of experience in TechOps / AdOps within a digital agency, publisher or SaaS provider. 
  • Experience in pre-sales engineering, communicating complex technical topics to decision-level stakeholders. 
  • In-depth knowledge of ad serving / bidding ecosystems to facilitate cross-team and cross-organisational technical communication. 
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript.
  • Familiarity with the Unix / Linux system and the CLI as well as familiarity with development techniques & any notions pertaining to App development would be a bonus.
