Relevant Digital’s Customer satisfaction

At the end of 2021, we carried out our customer satisfaction survey among our customers. The survey was conducted for the sixth time. We would like to thank all of our participants for your feedback. It’s a great help for the development of our services and our future cooperation. Here is the summary of the overall results.

The overall rating of our Relevant service was 8,9 on a scale of one to ten. In general, our customers are very satisfied.

In particular, the team’s expertise, fast response times, and customer orientation garnered praise. According to the survey, customers of consulting, support services, Relevant Programmatic, and Relevant Yield API Insights are the most satisfied.

We received word-class recommendation ratings from those who work in decision-making roles in our client companies. 75% of them would recommend Relevant Digital’s services to a colleague or friend in the same industry.
