At the end of 2020 we carried out our customer satisfaction survey among our Relevant customers. The survey was conducted for the fifth time. We would like to thank all of our participants for your feedback. It’s a great help for the development of our services and our future cooperation. Here is the summary of the overall results.

Overall rating of our Relevant service was 7,8 on a scale of one to ten. In particular, the team's technical expertise, expertise of systems and media market knowledge were rated highly. Our customers found proactivity, clear communication and response time to be our main areas for development.

Relevant Yield, AdOps, consulting as well as resource and training clients were the most satisfied with the service. 86% of customers who have ordered training or resources from us would recommend us to a colleague in the same field. Among the recommenders, the cost-effectiveness of the services we provided was emphasized. We received much praise for our work and services in general. A wide range of services in particular was considered a good thing.
