- Useful dashboards reporting modules for quick overviews, in combination with a deeper slice and dice reporting interface, where we can both debug and optimise our business, both from an AdOps and Sales perspective.
- A significant amount of time is saved, as the data is consolidated automatically across a large number of systems. We work with the tool in tandem with our own data warehouse. The primary difference here is that the tool is built primarily for Sales and AdOps, rather than for data analysts, making it easier and more accessible for the end-users of the data.
- The exact numbers across the organisation make communication and understanding easier.
- The Advertiser and Buyer mapping enables us to match the Advertiser and buyer data in Relevant Yield with the way we structure the data in our CRM system.
- The Alarms can be built in different ways. Individual sales users can build alarms for specific deals or Advertisers, while an Admin user can create alarms that focus on more site-level performance.
- The API for exporting data enables us to rely on Relevant Yield to collect data from numerous sales sources and load it into our data warehouse, thereby eliminating a significant amount of API connection maintenance work for our developers. From their perspective, the tool also functions as an API aggregator.
- Relevant Yield is built by Relevant Digital, an independent SaaS company, so it does not have any financial stakes in any of the revenue systems we use.
- The Relevant Yield team is constantly adding new features, connections, and special builds, which means we know we are future-proof and can make our voices heard.

- We typically work directly with the Technical Account Manager, who assists us with new connections and data requests. This works well, and most requests are answered within a few office hours.
- We also hold monthly or bi-monthly meetings to discuss new features or development requests for the tool. This also works quite well, and our requests are usually implemented within 1 to 6 months, depending on the volume of requests we have. During onboarding, we defined a few “must-haves”, ensuring that when we started using the tool, we had the critical elements in place.
