In February, the Relevant Digital team assembled to celebrate the successes of the year 2022 and chart the course for 2023. With a fast-paced and exhilarating year ahead, we are excited to offer a sneak peek into the key themes we will be focusing on throughout the year.
One of our top priorities is to advance the development of Relevant Yield, our comprehensive and neutral publisher tool, and aid our clients in leveraging its wide-ranging capabilities. Our ultimate objective is to empower our customers to fully exploit the potential of Relevant Yield.
In addition, we are introducing new value-added services for Relevant Yield users, aimed at identifying growth opportunities and streamlining day-to-day tasks. Concurrently, we remain committed to enhancing our existing suite of services.
How do we develop our priorities?
Relevant Yield - This year, we're launching plenty of new features to help publishers and networks succeed in selling digital advertising. Features enable more efficient operation and continuous innovation.
The development of Relevant Yield is based on both our customers' needs and the prevailing market situation. We always strive to be one step ahead and develop features that help publishers more easily tackle industry-related challenges such as advertising targeting (sharedID, contextual targeting) and more easily utilise new approaches to enhance efficiency and revenue (testing, Prebid Server, ad refresh, technical performance monitoring, real-time reporting, etc.).
Customer Success - We will always invest in our ability to provide first-class support. Our objective is to enable our customers to achieve even more exceptional results with Relevant Yield by offering comprehensive training and support to maximise the tool's potential. Moreover, we relish the opportunity to address our customers' unique challenges and collaboratively solve them with the aid of our seasoned team.
Extended Relevant Yield services - Moving forward, we plan to furnish Relevant Yield users with an even broader assortment of services and resources, including audits of their programmatic stack's performance, optimization of advertising revenues, testing, and other essential support. We are thrilled to oblige our customers' requests for these services and look forward to meeting their needs!
